Hydraulic fracturing operations typically involve injecting high-pressure liquids into the well to fracture the rock layers, thereby increasing the permeability and yield of oil and gas. Therefore, the packing for hydraulic fracturing pumps needs to withstand high pressure and require excellent wear resistance, medium resistance, and high elasticity to cope with safe and stable operations under harsh working conditions.
The common high-pressure packing assembly includes 1 header ring, 2 pressure rings, and 1 wiper seal.
