As a new pipe-making process, vertical radial extrusion pipe-making has a major advantage: it adopts dry-hard concrete and allows immediate demolding after vertical production. With instantaneous extrusion molding, each pipe only takes 2–4 minutes, resulting in high production efficiency.

The radial extrusion pipe-making machine is suitable for producing medium and small-caliber concrete drainage pipes, with a production diameter range of 300mm–1200mm. For pipes with diameters ranging from 800mm to 1650mm, the standard production length is 2–3 meters. It can also produce reinforced concrete cement pipes with flexible joints, reinforced concrete jacking pipes, and non-reinforced concrete cement pipes.
