This ceramic slag launder is designed for continuous conveying of high-temperature molten slag in steel, iron and non-ferrous metal metallurgy. The integrated high-density ceramic lining delivers superior anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion performance, effectively resisting scouring from hot slag and greatly extending service life compared with traditional castable launders.
It has good thermal stability and outstanding thermal shock resistance, less slag sticking, smooth slag flowing and lower maintenance frequency. Tongue-and-groove connection design enables fast assembly and on-site installation. We support customized size, shape and structure to match your furnace deslagging system.
