The counterflow cooler is widely applicable to the cooling of extruded feed, granular material and powder material, cooling air, and material counter flow, so that material gradually cools in the direction;
It can cool the material to around 5℃ above room temperature after extrusion or pelleting, which can not only harden the particles to prevent cracking but also remove part of the water to prevent mildew;
Adjustable conical material distribution mechanism, uniform distribution, can also be set rotating material sharing mechanism (optional), ensure the cooling material level is same, good cooling effect;
High degree of automation, with level control function.
Flexible hydraulic swing type discharging mechanism, smooth discharge, clean, no manual cleaning when replacing production;
The top is made of stainless steel, which can effectively prevent the rapid corrosion caused by the accumulation of water on the top of the equipment, and the service life is longer;
The body is designed in an octagonal shape, with no dead corners.
