Pneumatic Linear Actuator
The bottom dimensions of the pneumatic linear actuator comply with IOS5211/DIN3337 for connection to valves.
It can be classified into double – acting and single – acting types according to switching requirements. Among them, the single – acting type is a spring – return type, which is divided into normally open and normally closed types.
All components of the actuator are made of Stainless Steel.
The inner surface of the cylinder and the shaft surface are chrome – plated.
The outer surface of the actuator is coated with Jotun anti – corrosion paint.
Products can be customized according to the technical parameters of valves (such as flanges, stroke, etc.).
Product Details
The BTL series pneumatic valve actuators use purified compressed air at a gauge pressure of 0.4 – 0.8MPa as the working power to push the piston and drive the valve gate (such as wedge gate valves, slab gate valves, knife – gate valves, globe valves, etc.) to make linear motion perpendicular to the fluid, thus achieving the purpose of regulating, opening and closing the valves.
