The corrugated fin seam welding machine is specifically designed for seam
welding corrugated fins. It utilizes an air cylinder to clamp the fin securely
in place, while the TIG welding gun moves from top to bottom to ensure proper
welding of the fin sides. Once the welding process is complete for one fin, the
fin moves forward, allowing the machine to weld the next fin in line. This
automated process guarantees efficient and precise welding of the corrugated
fins, ensuring the quality and durability of the final product.
